Frequently Asked Questions

For our Automation services, you largely do nothing after the onboarding process. We ensure your Amazon and/or Walmart store is set up and ready to be successfully automated whether it is brand new or an aged store transferred to our management team. We set up contracts with the nation’s top brands and get your inventory set up in 30-65 days during the onboarding process for Amazon. For Walmart stores, we begin listing items in your inventory almost immediately and start seeing sales 1-2 weeks after account approval.
An added bonus to working with us is that we do all the heavy lifting for you. Aside from managing and growing your store, we also provide accounting services. We send our Amazon FBA clients Profit & Loss statements often. For our Walmart Automationclients, they have access to a Sales and Profit tracking spreadsheet they have 24/7 access to, which we update daily!
Both Amazon and Walmart marketplaces pay out store owners twice a month, every two weeks. Payment cycles can fluctuate slightly due to store metrics and other factors. Additionally, we have a solution provider that offers daily payments of up to five times per week, if our client is interested.
No one working for and in conjunction with Elite Automation has less than five years e-commerce experience.
All you need to do is fill out the Qualification Form on our website to book a call with one of our team members. Please come to the call prepared with questions you may have about our services.
Typically third-party marketplaces charge selling or referral fees. These referral fees are oftentimes dependent on category. But the Amazon marketplace charges a 15% referral fee on the gross sale of every item sold (excluding a few categories). We factor in all these fees when we price your items in your inventory.

On Walmart marketplace, sellers also pay a Referral Fee on each product sold. The Referral Fee is calculated as a percentage of the gross sales proceeds from the sale of each product. The applicable Referral Fee is set based on the product type you choose during item setup. If an item has been set up in an incorrect category with a higher fee, but the product type aligns with a different Referral Fee, you will be charged the correct Referral Fee. Walmart’s referral fees average out around 10-15%.
At Elite Automation, we choose to list items in your inventory based on a number of factors. Our product research methods are adaptive and cutting edge to stay on top of competition and ensure your store’s profit margins are healthy.
Leave that to us. Our customer service team will communicate with customers on a daily basis for any and all issues, as well as handle returns and all other processes related to your store. Returns and refunds will be accounted for in your Sales & Profit tracking spreadsheet.
We very much appreciate referrals to our passive income services and offer our Affiliates a generous 10% commission on our buy-in price. If a new client signs up referred by you, you will earn a 10% referral commission once they are approved and fully onboarded on either Amazon or Walmart marketplace. We are currently developing our Affiliate Dashboard where you can check for more details about current referrals and payouts. Simply email us at info@elite-automation.com if you have someone in mind you’d like to refer to our Automation services.
